It's obvious in these early months that your child is growing and changing a lot. Every week seems to bring new milestones in their movement, communication, and awareness. What about their spiritual growth? Though you may not yet see it, the seeds you plant in the earliest days have the potential to take root and produce a harvest of righteousness. These are precious months for discipling your little one. 

Preschoolers love stories and they have an amazing ability to recall and answer simple questions based on the story. Little children in the nursery can also start to learn simple Bible verses–3 year olds can quickly memorize The Foundation Verses. This God-given ability presents an ideal opportunity to introduce children to the major stories of the Bible. These stories reveal the glorious character of God and His marvelous works and deeds.

Make the most of this season to lay a biblical foundation that will point your preschooler to the gospel.
