God Always Wins (also available in Spanish) is a Backyard Bible Club / Vacation Bible School curriculum on the greatness of God. God is presented as the great Victor who triumphs over all enemies, including Satan, death, and sin. These 5 lessons are intended to be used with elementary-age children.

Since God is all-powerful, He is victorious over all things—kings and armies, all gods, Satan, death, sin, everything. God never loses at anything. God always wins! God displays His power that we might see His greatness and respond in worship. Someday King Jesus will return in victory and destroy all His enemies.

After showing God’s victory in different situations, children are confronted with the question, “Whose side are you on?” The ominous warning from Matthew 12:30a—”Whoever is not with me is against me...” confronts children with the reality that they are either trusting in God or fighting against Him.

God Always Wins contains five lessons showing God’s power over all things, complete with colorful visuals and application questions. Optional activities include activities, games, and worksheets, as well as a student project featuring a trophy case that can be worked on throughout the duration of the curriculum.

To help leaders discuss the gospel at a deeper level with children, the kit includes 1 Helping Children to Understand the Gospel booklet and 1 The Greatest Treasure! booklet.

Each child enrolled in the Backyard Bible Club or Vacation Bible School should have a project to complete during the program. The student project for God Always Wins features an interactive 11x17 trophy case with pieces for the children to color, cut out, and assemble.

This resource covers: preparing the hearts of children to hear the gospel, discerning stages of spiritual growth, communicating the essential truths of the gospel, and presenting the gospel in an accurate and child-friendly manner.
