Orders ship within 2-3 business days after they are placed. Shipping times listed below are in addition to warehouse production and packaging times, and the shipping times will vary depending on the method selected.

Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of the resources ordered. To see your shipping options and costs, add items to your cart and enter your shipping address in the order process.

Tax Exempt

Sales tax is charged for accounts in FL, GA, IN, KY, MI, MN, and WY. If your ministry is tax exempt, please send your state-specific Tax Exempt Form to and we will mark your account as tax exempt for future orders.

Problems Placing an Order

If you are having trouble submitting an order, the most common cause is an incorrect billing address. Please double check your billing address to make sure it matches your credit card statement and try submitting your order again.

If your name, ministry name, or billing address have any special characters in it, such as "ã, é, ü, Nº, etc.", it may take 1-2 business days for your payment to manually be processed. You can check your order status on the My Orders tab of your My Account page. The order will appear in your account as a pending order until the payment has been approved.

Changing Orders

If your order has not shipped, it may be possible for us to cancel your order and place a new one. Please call us at 877.400.1414. If your order has already shipped, please see return instructions below.

Check Orders

If you do not have a credit card available to place your order, you may use a check to pay. Check orders will be PROCESSED AFTER your check has been received by our Customer Care Team. Electronic resources will be accessible as soon as the check has been received and the order has been processed. Printed resources will ship 2-3 business days after the order has been processed.

Please follow these instructions to place a check order:

  1. Check out: When checking out, choose "Check Order" as your payment method and submit the order. You will receive a confirmation email for your order within one business day.
  2. Make check payable to: Truth78. Please include your order number and email address in the memo line.
  3. Compile the following items:
  • A copy of your order confirmation (which will be emailed to you within one business day or can be found in your account under "My Orders").
  • Your check with your order number in the memo line.
  • Your name, email, and the best phone number we can contact you at if questions arise.
  • Mail the items to:

Once your check has been received, you will receive an email confirmation that your invoice has been paid and your order will be processed. At that time, any electronic resources will become available in your account under "My Downloadable Products." If printed resources are being shipped, you will receive an additional shipping confirmation email in 2-3 business days with tracking information.

Electronic Products

Since resources can be downloaded shortly after the order is placed, we cannot allow "returns" on electronic files. Please order carefully and contact us with any questions.

Printed Products

PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY PRODUCTS, contact Truth78. Please tell us 1) the order number and 2) the name and quantity of items you are returning. We will supply a Return Authorization number, instructions, and our shipping address. Returns received in brand new condition within 60 days of ordering will receive a full refund excluding shipping. Returns received after 60 days will incur a 15% restocking fee. Returns received after 90 days cannot be accepted.

Note: For items with a quantity-based discount, if a partial return makes the remaining items ineligible for the discount, the refund will reflect that.

International Orders

Prices on the website are in USD. Since international shipping costs can be quite expensive, we are happy to work with you to find electronic options that might work for your situation. Please contact us for more information. If you decide to ship printed items, please be aware that customs fees may be charged in addition to shipping fees. These fees would be collected upon delivery.

Children Desiring God Accounts and Order History

All existing accounts from have been transferred over to for you.

  • Log In: Simply click on My Account in the top menu bar and then enter the email address and password that you used in your Children Desiring God account. Be sure to double check your account’s contact and address information to make sure everything is correct before placing your first order.
  • Forgotten Password: If you cannot remember your password, enter your email with the Forgot Your Password tool and follow the prompts to reset your password.
  • Multiple Accounts: If you had multiple accounts using the same email address, please contact us for assistance in accessing your other account.
  • Past Order History: A record of your Children Desiring God order history has been added to your new Truth78 account. To view the report, log in to My Account and select My Order History in the left side menu. There you will be able to click on the Download Order History button to download a .csv file showing the resources you ordered each year from both accounts.
