I just purchased the family library for my church. What do I do now?

Email your church families the good news! You should have received an email (Subject line: Your Truth78+ Family Discipleship Discount Link) with a custom link that your families may use to redeem the family library at no cost.

If you do not have access to that email, find the unique Family Discount Code in the upper left portion of this page when logged into the purchaser's account. There is a copy to clipboard icon which will automatically copy the unique link when clicked. Or you may send that code to your families along with this generic link to place the order: https://truth78.org/products/redeem-family-subscription

What information is helpful for my families to know?

Each individual will need a free Truth78 account to access their library. If they do not have one, they will be prompted to create an account when they redeem the code. If your families cannot find the activation email, they may need to check their spam folder. They will need to activate their account by creating a password.

You may want to build excitement in your families by sharing a link to all the resources included in the library (https://truth78.org/pages/family-library) and maybe highlighting a resource you think would be particularly helpful.

Families who sign up may also receive a discount if they want to purchase print resources within the Family Discipleship Library. Please encourage your families to use code FAMILY25 at checkout to receive 25% off orders of $25 or more.

Note: As a purchaser, you will automatically receive 25% off resources within the Family Discipleship Library when you purchase 5 or more of an individual title.

Is there a limit to the number of codes I can use?

When the subscription was purchased, a Ministry Size (total number of children served) was selected. The discount code (or discount link) can be used up to 2x the number of total children served. For example, if you chose 26-50 children served, then 100 individuals could subscribe to the Family Discipleship Library.
