Thank you for investing your time, your preparation, and your love in the discipleship of the next generation. Your ministry matters. As you faithfully open God's Word each week, you have the privilege of helping children see His greatness, trust His promises, and set their hope in Him.
Alongside the training and support your church provides, here are resources that we hope will encourage and equip you.

Beyond Classroom Management
Attentive, well-behaved children sound like a teacher’s dream. But could this goal fall short of achieving something more important— training in righteousness? Let’s consider effective correction that connects heart attitudes with behavior. Our goal is not simply well-behaved children but children who joyfully submit to God.
Link classroom and home discipleship
Find resources to share with the families of your students and to use in your own home.
Use Growing in Faith Together (GIFT) pages
Each curriculum includes Growing in Faith Together: Parent and Child Resource Pages (GIFT pages). These pages assist parents in taking the biblical truths learned in the classroom and guiding their children to personal application.
GIFT pages provide parents with the following:
- Lesson title, main ideas, selected memory verse, and a list of Scripture presented in the lesson.
- A brief summary of the lesson.
- As You Walk By the Way: questions to further spiritual discussion and heart application.
- Action Step: suggestions for acting on biblical truth.
Make these pages easily available to parents, help them see the importance of these pages and assist them in using them as needed.
Get parents started in family discipleship
