The concept “Self” has radically changed the way that children learn and teachers teach. This seminar traces the ideas contributing to this concept, examines the resulting practice, looks at how churches have unwittingly adopted some wrong thinking, and considers how to teach the rising generation the “praiseworthy deeds of the Lord” in ways that fix their eyes on Him and away from themselves.
